There is no fee for your table or space. The space is approximately 10'x12' with one 6' table and two chairs provided by the Civic Association.

RULES & CONDITIONS

a) No selling allowed.
b) No electrical or water hook-ups are available. No generators are allowed.
c) Each vendor is responsible for their own trash. Please leave your space as you found it.
d) You may not use a microphone, radio, or sound device at any vendor area without prior approval from the Civic Association.
e) No vehicles may be parked on the grounds or in the cul-de-sac. You are required to use the parking lot in front of the Community Center or swimming pool. No parking where “No Parking” signs are posted.
f) Obscene material in any form, firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited.
g) The Civic Association is not responsible for loss or damage, or for items left overnight.
h) Additional information concerning set-up procedures may be directed to the Civic Association.
i) On June 19th, you may set-up beginning at 10:00 a.m.
NOTE: Representatives who are not on the authorized list for a table or do not complete and submit a request for a table for review and approval by the President of the Civic Association will not be allowed to setup. The table request form is for the protection of the vendor, clients, and organizers of Gum Springs Community Day. Questions and/or concerns may be directed to: president@ngsca.org.

Certification of Acceptance and Signature

In signing this application, I agree to abide by all rules and conditions of the 2021 Gum Springs Community Day and release and forever discharge from any liability the New Gum Springs Civic Association (NGSCA), event organizers, its sponsors, and their affiliated companies, officers, agents and employees. I will not hold the NGSCA or event organizers responsible for loss due to damage or theft. I understand that the above event in no way guarantees any return or benefits. I understand these rules and regulations and agree to all the terms of this agreement.
