​It was time to thank the Mount Vernon Police for being great partners with Gum Springs.  On behalf of the Pastors, Clergy, Community & Police (PCCP), Pastor Johnnie Abram (Harvest Assembly Baptist Church), recognized the outgoing Mount Vernon Station Commander, newly promoted MAJ Brian Ruck; Mount Vernon Assistant Station Commander, Lieutenant Fred Chambers and Mount Vernon Crime Prevention Officer Marvin Goodley.
